"Cleaning Fairy" Breaks Into Houses and Cleans Them
Want to keep your home from being entered and cleaned against your will? Better lock your doors and windows!
Today in wacky news, we bring you the story of an Ohio woman who is a cleaning intruder. That's right - she enter's people homes when they’re away and tidies up.
On the one hand, it sort of sounds great. I mean, who wouldn’t love to come home to find their house all straightened up? But you might like it a lot less when you see her fee. Warren leaves a handwritten bill for $75 in the houses that she decides to clean.
One recipient of Warren's services, shocked by the bill for $75 that she found in her kitchen, called the number Warren left on the napkin invoice. Sherry Bush told CNN that when she asked Warren if a mistake had been made, she learned that the cleaning had been intentional and that Warren fully expected to be paid for her services.
In fact, Warren says she does this all the time; in fact, she even created a company page for her cleaning business on Manta.com, however, in light of recent events, her customer reviews are less than desirable.
While it's unclear exactly how long this has been going on, she was previously charged with criminal trespassing for a similar incident in another Cleveland suburb.
What would you do if this “cleaning fairy” entered your home and tidied up? Pay the bill or press charges?
