Study: Women Worry About Their Weight Three Times a Day

Have you weighed yourself today? Or stood in front of the mirror – pinching and poking your flabby bits? You’re not alone.

According to a study conducted by Travelodge, 70% of women and 61% of men in Great Britain worry about their weight three times a day.

Plus, a staggering 80% say they are depressed by the way their bodies look.

“We are living in a celebrity obsessed culture where image is everything,” Travelodge spokeswoman Shakila Ahmed told the Daily Mail. “And now more women and men are feeling more self conscious about their appearance.”

The study discovered that Cameron Diaz’s legs, Kim Kardashian’s butt and Gisele Bundchen’s stomach are considered “ideal.”

What do you think – is this study accurate? How many times a day do you worry about your weight?
