DWTS: Saved By The Bell Tribute + Shocker Elimination!

Jaws dropped in the ballroom last night as one of the evening’s highest scoring couples was eliminated on Dancing with the Stars.

Christina Milian and partner Mark Ballas were sent home, despite tying Corbin Blue for the week’s best score with 28 out of 30 points.

“I’m sad … I’m shocked,”  the 32-year-old told PEOPLE. “After our performance tonight [and] getting those scores, I thought, hey, even if we are in the bottom, our score can help us stay in the game.”

The singer was fighting back tears as she talked about her time on ABC’s hit show.

“I loved it. I had a great time. I’m going to miss the challenge every week of learning something new and kind of feeling like, what am I doing, and all of a sudden, overcoming it. It’s like every week you overcome these fears, and it’s amazing.”

Last night’s round was themed “The Most Memorable Year” as competitors were asked to tap into an emotional experience from their past.

One of the highlights – Elizabeth Berkley recreated the classic “Saved By The Bell” episode when Jessie gets addicted to caffeine pills (you know you remember it) and her character’s “I’m so excited! I’m so… scared” meltdown.
