Johnson & Johnson Recalls HIV Pills for Musty Odor

Johnson & Johnson is recalling yet another prescription drug because of a musty odor caused by chemicals on shipping pallets.

The company announced Wednesday it is recalling five lots of its HIV medicine Prezista at the wholesale and pharmacy level in four countries: Austria, Germany, Ireland and the United Kingdom. They are discussing whether to recall the drugs in Canada as well.

According to J&J, consumers should not stop taking the medication. J&J will replace the affected bottles.

J&J has announced approximately two dozen recalls since late 2009.
