Chives in 9 States Recalled for Listeria Contamination

Chives sold in 9 states have been recalled due to possible listeria contamination. According to MSNBC, the chives were packaged in plastic clamshell containers, 1 pound bags and twist tie bunches. 

They were distributed to  New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Alabama, Illinois and Virginia. The recalled lot number is 0201111, with a date of May 6.

Return the chives to your retailer for a refund.
