My absolute favorite nail polish from the Kary Perry line is Black Shatter Nail Lacquer. Just paint the Black Shatter polish over completely dry nail polish, and Voila! You will see a crackle pattern design form right before your eyes!
I paint my Black Shatter over bright pink polish for an edgy, cute look! Black is so hip on toes =)
