Kelly Preston Post-Baby: “I Haven’t Been Working Out. At All.”

Kelly Preston gave birth to her baby boy Benjamin Hunter Kaleo in November, but she’s not stressed about losing the baby weight yet.

“I haven’t been working out. At all,” she told PEOPLE at the TV Land Awards in N.Y.C. on Sunday (her hubby John Travolta was honored along with the rest of the Welcome Back, Kotter cast).

“Maybe that’s the secret. Don’t stress about it," she laughed.

One trick she’s got up her sleeve? Breastfeeding. “I’ve been lucky because I’ve been breastfeeding so that’s really helped me lose the weight,” she said. “That really is the secret.”

Maybe Preston would have tried to lose weight the traditional way–by exercising–if she could, but sometimes child birth is more complicated than that. “It certainly would be better if I started to exercise, but I had a c-section so my stomach muscles weren’t very strong,” she explained. “I wanted to do some dance classes but it was a little too much. I was down for the count!”
