Mommies are taking over Hollywood! Forbes released a list of the top paid actresses in Hollywood, with many moms in the top 10. Tied for first place, Angelina Jolie and Sarah Jessica Parker each earned $30 million this past year. Jolie hit it big with her Hollywood blockbusters ‘Salt’ and ‘The Tourist.’ This tough mommy can handle anything! She is currently writing and directing ‘In the Land of Blood and Honey’ which tells the story of a romance during the Bosnian War.
‘Sex and the City’ star Sarah Jessica Parker released the much-awaited sequel, ‘Sex in the City 2‘ this year that brought in $290 million. SJP also continues to make most of her money from the television series. Both a main character and producer, she earns big from reruns. Her line of perfumes including Lovely, Covet, and NYC and her budding career as a fashion designer with Halston also contribute to her big profits.
Ranked just below Jolie and Jessica Parker, Jennifer Aniston and another famous mom, Reese Witherspoon each earned $28 million last year.
