Judge Orders “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” Injunction

A federal judge issued a nationwide injunction on Tuesday to ban the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy. The 17-year-old policy prohibits openly gap troops. U.S. District Judge Virginia Phillips declared the law unconstitutional after a two-week federal court trial.

U.S. Department of Justice attorneys have 60 days to appeal the ruling.

Do you think the ruling will stand?
