15 Rescued from Chilean Mine


Tuesday night, the first miner was rescued from the Chilean mine. After 69 days, he finally got to see his family. Wednesday morning, Now,  fifteen men have been rescued! The fifteenth man to emerge, Victor Segovia, hugged a family member and thanked the Chilean president for his dedication to saving them. He also thanked all of the rescue workers for their hard work. 

According to CNN, Segovia has been dubbed the writer of the group. He kept a journal of his experiences while in the mine, which proved to be a great help to rescue workers monitoring the conditions.

There are still 18 men left to be rescued.
