A transgender golfer named Lana Lawless is suing the LPGA for requiring their golfers to be "female at birth" in order to compete in LPGA events.
Lawless underwent gender reassignment surgery in 2005, and due to a new policy change, she will no longer be able to compete in tournaments as a female golfer.
In 2008, she won the women’s world championship in long-drive golf.
She wants to stop the LPGA from holding any events in CA until they change their policies about gender.
Do you think this new policy change is fair or not?
