Working Moms’ Kids Found to be No Worse Off

A review of 50 years of research, which appears in the Psychological Bulletin, on the subject of working moms versus stay-at-home moms shows that kids whose moms went back to work before the kids turned 3 had no worse academic or behavioral problems.

So, how is it possible that these kids all turn out equally well-adjusted? Besides the extra money that a working mother brings in, researchers noted that employed mothers could also be providing their kids with positive role models and teaching them about the value of working hard.
 
So, listen up, there's no need to feel that working mom guilt!
