It’s Okay…Now Get Back on Track!

New Years Resolutions can be very powerful. They can also be a downer if you don’t start the year off the way you had envisioned. If you find yourself in this situation, allow yourself a do over, a mulligan…Just let go of your misstep and refocus on your goals. The choice is yours. You can be hard on yourself and give up or you can move forward again with new momentum. Its up to you.
I find that when I didn’t reach a goal, or started off on the wrong foot if I try again I have even more strength and determination. So, keep your lists of goals and hopes going and when you’ve gone off track for a little, just get back on. There’s 364 more days to make our dreams come true!
