Katy Perry and Russell Brand have “entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues,” according to court documents filed in Los Angeles on February 7.
This includes how they’ll separate their property and assets.
The 27-year-old pop star also sought to restore her legal name as Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson – her maiden name.
The divorce, which cited irreconcilable differences, will be official as of July 14.
Although a source told PEOPLE that the couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement, meaning Brand would be eligible for half of her money earned during the marriage, the 36-year-old comedian apparently passed on the community property and is not interested in taking any money from his ex.

Perry even signed the papers with her usual happy autograph, which includes a smiley face in her last name.
