California voters voted against Prop 19 on Tuesday, which would have legalized recreational marijuana use and cultivation. Supporters aren't giving up though. They said they are ready to try it again in two years.
Tim Rosales, who managed the "No on 19" campaign said, "If they think they are going to be back in two years, they must be smoking something. This is a state that just bucked the national trend and went pretty hard on the Democratic side, but yet in the same vote opposed Prop 19. I think that says volumes as far as where California voters are on this issue."
What do you think? Will marijuana be legalized in California in the near future? Or is it just too irresponsible?
