“Real Houswives” Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif File for Divorce

Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif are walking away from their marriage after more than a decade as husband and wife.

According to TMZ, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star and her husband – a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon – both filed their own divorce petitions on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple has three young sons together, Gavin, 9, as well as six-year-old twins Christian and Colin.

They reportedly have a pre-nup, which is expected to safeguard her estimated $300 million fortune. Maloof is co-owner of her family business holdings, which include the NBA’s Sacramento Kings, the WNBA’s Sacramento Monarchs, the Palms Casino and resort in Las Vegas, Maloof Productions, Maloof Music and more.

The filing comes after a rocky few weeks for the couple. They first announced their split at the end of July, when Nassif filed for legal separation.

In those court documents, he asked for joint legal and physical custody of their sons.

“The welfare of our children is my primary focus as Adrienne and I work through this difficult time,” he told reporters. “I want the best for her and our children and I hope that everyone can respect our privacy away from the cameras.”
