Another little chick has hatched!
Dixie Chicks’ Emily Robison gave birth to her fourth child on Tuesday, September 4th. The baby arrived at 3:01 a.m. and weighed in at 8.5 lbs.
The little girl’s name: Violet Isabel Strayer.
“Mom and baby Violet are doing well and Dad couldn’t be happier,” a rep for the singer told People. The little girl is the first child together for Robison and her boyfriend Martin Strayer. He is the guitarist for Court Yard Hounds, the country music duo founded by Robison and her sister Martie Maguire (another Dixie Chick).
40-year-old Robison is also mom to twins Juliana Tex and Henry Benjamin, 7, and son Charles Augustus, 9½, with ex-husband Charlie Robison.
