Tori Spelling Hospitalized After Pregnancy Complications

Tori Spelling has been hospitalized and underwent emergency surgery this weekend as a result of complications from giving birth, according to TMZ.

The website reports that the actress was rushed to the hospital for treatment related to her C-section delivery of son Finn Davey on August 30th.

The baby is the fourth child for Spelling and her husband, Dean McDermott.

There were rumors that the pregnancy – conceived just a month after the birth of the couple’s daughter Hattie – was difficult for the 39-year-old.

Her mother, Candy Spelling, expressed concerns during an interview with In Touch.  “It was a little soon,” Candy said. “Her body didn’t get back in shape, so I think it’s a lot for her.”

Spelling added that “she’s felt great through all her pregnancies, but she doesn’t feel so great through this one.”

It’s also not the first time that Tori has experienced postpartum complications. She was hospitalized for migraines just weeks after giving birth to Hattie.
