Start your day off right with a healthy smoothie or shake!

Here’s one of my favorite winter smoothie recipes:
Ingredients:

  • 8 oz almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Frozen cut pears
  • 1 pitted date
  • Scoop of enzymes

Blend and enjoy!
