Barbie is bringing ballet back into spotlight in her latest adventure – Barbie in the Pink Shoes – available on Blu-Ray and DVD now!
In the film, Barbie stars as Kristyn Farraday, a ballerina with big dreams and some magic pink shoes to match. When she laces up her slippers, she’s whisked away to a fantasy world along with her best friend Hailey.
Once there, she must dance in two of history’s most famous ballets (Giselle and Swan Lake)in order to defeat an evil Snow Queen. But will she be able to rise to the occasion and give the performance of a lifetime?
Barbie fans everywhere will love this sweet story about dance, courage and dreams coming true.
And to add to the fun, a special line of dolls have been released along with the movie. The dolls have hinged knees to help them perform special dance moves and they can undergo a dramatic costume change transformation with a simple twist!
