After the IVF failed in August due to a lack of viable embryos (see Our Journey blog post) my husband and I decided to take a break from fertility. Then in November I surprisingly and unintentionally got pregnant naturally and went in to see my fertility doctor only to miscarry on Thanksgiving Day.
