Florida resident Amy-Erin Blakely is suing her former employer, the Devereus Foundation, for allegedly firing her in 2009 after she filed several complaints about gender discrimination.

She claims that comments about the size of her breasts began in 2003 and she was repeatedly told that her chest was too distracting and that she wouldn't get promoted because of it.

Blakely hired famed attorney Gloria Allred and commented, "No woman should ever be subjected to such sexist and derogatory remarks…It made me feel ashamed." Blakely said that she always dressed professionally for her job.

Have you ever experienced gender discrmination at work?
