Brooke Burke’s Healthy Morning Shake


You all know that I’m a big believer in morning shakes. They are a quick and easy way to get energy in the morning and also great to take with you on the road! I posted a blog recently with recipes for smoothies for my whole family that you can also check out here.

Vanilla Pear Smoothie

8 ounces Almond Milk

handful of Frozen Pears

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp 3-6-9 Omega Oil

Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
