12 ounces cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup orange juice
In a medium pot, over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice. Stir in the cranberries. Add the cinnamon stick. Blend all ingredients together. Cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat until the cranberries start to burst. Remove from heat and place in a bowl. The sauce will thicken as it cools. Enjoy!
