Many woman experience morning sickness in the first trimester and getting on a crowded, bumpy plane can make your symptoms worst. Make sure that you have extra motion sickness bags available.

Tending to morning sickness on the plane requires planning. Soothing snacks to munch, drinking water and walking around the cabin can help lessen the symptoms.

In some high-risk pregnancies it is better to skip the trip. Check with your doctor before you leave.
