Four-year-old Marcella Marino asked her father (who is a hairstylist) to give her a special style for her school portrait, so he fashioned her long blonde hair into a bow.
But the school put the kibosh on her trendy look, insisting they have a very clear dress code - no hair braids, and bows in only dark, muted colors.
