Want to tighten that toosh?
Working with my clients I hear on a regular basis moms asking to tighten, firm and lift their tooshies.
So to help you get the best possible backside, I am sharing some of my favorite moves. Enjoy!

The glute bridge 30 reps with both feet on the floor and then 15 each side with single leg raises.
Fitness resolutions are a drag. Getting to the gym in January is cold, dark and tedious. So how can you improve your fitness without being so serious? I have decided that the solution is to “move like an eight year old."
Come January, most people I know make fitness resolutions and vow to hit the gym. My husband has his gym code taped to the fridge “just in case” he gets the urge. It has hung there like an albatross around his neck for six years.
I just finished another double workout and strangely the person that inspired me was my general physician. I had a three-hour physical the other day and feel pretty great about taking responsibility for my own body and making sure everything is in order. While I was there, we talked a lot about the benefits of fitness. He shared a medical study that says Americans gain approximately 7 lbs. between Thanksgiving and New Years. They only drop 4 lbs. of the weight during the year.
Staying active during the holidays and always.....
After a long four hour car ride from LA to Las Vegas solo with all three of my girls, it goes without saying that we ALL were in desperate need of some exercise.
Screw New Years Resolutions! I am starting mine right now!!!
It’s easier to stay out of trouble then to get out of trouble! Bad habits are meant to be broken, but why wait until January 1st to make changes in your life?
I literally ran into the mall the other day to grab some new PJ's for Jake, my 17-month-old. As soon as I walked in the door I was blasted my holiday tunes, a larger than life Christmas tree, kids in line to see Santa, and sale signs everywhere. It hit me like a ton of bricks, the holidays are here. I don't even have my turkey yet, where did the time go?
In life, it's not always about the destination, it's about the journey.
Today is the last Monday of Season 13 at Dancing with the Stars and I can't believe how fast it has flown by. There's definitely some sadness in my dressing room, knowing tomorrow is our last day.
The holiday season is upon us and besides all of the food temptations that we are presented with, there is also the issue of all the time spent sitting.
My advice? Make the most out of every moment while traveling. It will help you burn the calories you need to say "yes" to that extra piece of pie and have the energy you need to keep up with your little ones after all they've had their fill of dessert!
