If you're a mom, then you've probably heard of the movie, "I Don't Know How She Does It." The book turned movie (starring my personal fave Sarah Jessica Parker), was on my must-see list since th
Hi, my name is Deanna and I’m a reality TV addict.
They say the first step is awareness, right?
I realized my addiction the other night, as I flipped through reality TV shows faster than... well, Bruce Jenner in the 1976 Olympics. (Now how apropos is that?!)

"You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching,
Love like you'll never be hurt,
Sing like there's nobody listening,
And live like it's heaven on earth."

Today was a beautiful day here in Sedona and great to take some time to get out of my head. As I walked along humming a new little tune, I let go of the flurry of thoughts that had been running through my mind about different projects I’ve had in the works. (Yes, even I can sometimes over-think things! We’re all human, right?) It felt amazing to be in the moment and feel creatively inspired. As I was getting ready for bed, I thought about the impact that songwriting and music has had on my life.
