Moms are always on the lookout for quick and easy meal ideas.
This lettuce wrap recipe has only five simple ingredients and you should be able to make the whole thing in less than 10 minutes.
Healthy, tasty and kid-friendly. What could be better?

Start by browning the ground turkey until it's thoroughly sauteed and all the pink is gone.
Then add in your sliced water chestnuts. Add the minced ginger and soy sauce. You can also add ponzo sauce, it's like soy sauce but with a slightly sweet flavor.
Let simmer for two or three minutes.
Add a little green onion, sautee it up and it's ready! Take your mixture, wrap it up in lettuce leaves and you're done!
