This healthy salsa recipe incorporates the essential flavors of Mexican cuisine. We've got onion and jalapeno for spice, tempered by the fruity lightness of mangoes, melon, and pineapple. It's sweet and savory fruit salad - perfect for your next party!
Great with chips or as a garnish for a piece of grilled chicken or fish. Or just pair it with a margarita for Mommy and bring it outside by the pool! Yum!
