We love tacos. Who doesn’t?! Last night, as I was gathering all of my ingredients to make plain ol’ tacos (using ground turkey to make it a wee bit healthier), I remembered a recipe I had made months ago: oven tacos! I had originally seen a recipe for oven tacos on Pinterest, and had received a thumbs-up from the fam after making them.
