Jessica Begum is a crafty momma of two living on the west side of Los Angeles. Her blog Hipster's Tea Party is mostly mom and kid friendly crafts, partly ideas for more ambitious projects, and a sprinkle of art and recipes thrown in just for fun. As well as being crafty, she is classically trained in fine art and loves to paint with watercolors and oils. Katy Morgan's picture
Katy Morgan started her blog http://KatyInACorner.com as a way to compile all the information her children will inevitably need when they pursue therapy as adults. Her blog is also a place where other not-so-perfect mothers can laugh with and relate to her challenges as a new mom. Katy is proud to be married to her high school sweetheart who is an Air Force pilot. Together they have two children, a toddler boy and a baby girl. Their life as a military family is an exciting one. In seven years of marriage, they have moved eight times. Katy is incredibly adept at ripping through packing tape with her teeth. Other notable skills and hobbies include public speaking, acting, and writing. But she is most proud of the packing tape thing. Beth Pocalyko's picture
Beth is married and happy mom to two boys. Growing up with brothers and a father who loved Philadelphia sports, and now living in a house filled with boys, this girly girl has gotten to know a lot about sports, or should she say, has had to learn to love sports. Her love for football turned into more knowledge on the game as she started playing fantasy football. She created a website with her college friend Tara called Girls Gone Football.com. It's a place where girls can come and play fantasy sports together, learn about football and read blogs about celebrity gossip in sports. If you have a guy in your life, boyfriend, husband, brother or son, chances are sports are going to be in your life too. Beth will be your guide - from what to expect at a tailgate party to learning the rules of your kid's sports so you can really get involved. Trust me, if this girly girl can love sports you can too.
Deanna Verbouwens's picture
The name "The Unnatural Mother" came to Deanna a little over eight years ago when her first son was born. She was told that her maternal instincts would kick in as soon as the baby came flying out of her vajayjay. Eight years later, a ton of gray hair, and Deanna is still waiting for those maternal instincts to kick her in the ass! In the meantime, she writes, runs, and manages the stress of working full time, spaghetti on the ceiling, a dumped out fish bowl, a lizard, two active boys, being a wife to an incredible husband who busts her chops - daily, which of course, leaves her no time to clean the house. To catch more on how Deanna tries to get it all done without completely failing visit her at The Unnatural Mother, www.theunnaturalmother.com. Twitter love: @UnnaturalMother
