Health and fitness is a choice. All it takes to be the best you is the right state of mind, commitment, a plan and some friends to support you along the way. What you eat is 90% and how hard you work out will define your beautiful body, and the cardio commitment will blast the fat that is hiding a hot and healthy you. The Oh My Bod! section will have fresh and healthy recipes every day.

I know that exercise is the best medicine out there…. for your mind, body and soul - not to mention mood swings! I crave a good sweat, I love it, and I always feel better after I give myself an hour of me-time.
If you can only spare 30 minutes, then my DVD program is the perfect way to knock out your workout at home. Alternate both 30 minute programs - and do one daily. One is cardio and the other is toning. Try mid-week to do both programs, which will give you an amazing hour of fitness. I do at least 30 minutes a day and two times per week. I also teach my booty burn class - which is my DVD workout and more.
