Hot Artichoke Dip

Mix and place in a 9 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake in 350 degrees oven – until bubbly – about 45 minutes. Serve with chips. Appetizer for 10-12 people.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans of diced Ortega green chillis
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Reggiano Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon to taste
