Outside the rain is slowly dripping. The weather is cold and dreary, but I am peacefully content. Inside the warmth of my home, I’ve been doing something special for a while now that I’ve wanted to share with you… yoga!

Yoga has the power to transform your life. If you open your heart to it, and allow it to ease its way into your weekly routine you will see many benefits. While meditation aligns my mind and spirit, yoga aligns my body with my heart and mind.

For the past month and a half, I’ve been using MyYogaOnline.com from the comfort of my cozy living room to guide me through different styles of yoga. For me, the key to enjoying yoga and feeling the rewards of your practice is to find a teacher that is the right match for you. You may have several teachers or possibly just a few, what matters is that you find and practice yoga with the ones that sing to your heart.

My Yoga Online gives you the opportunity to try classes with many different teachers, styles of yoga and lengths of time. You can practice at home or on the go.  Watch the video for my heartfelt opinion on the site.

In this video I also share with you a gratitude meditation. Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and it is the perfect time to begin focusing on gratitude in your life. Gratitude is the key to joy!

You may want to watch this video in full the first time, and a second time to close your eyes and practice the gratitude meditation.

Thank you for watching friends!

The meditation practice begins at 4:15, to return often and focus on gratitude.
