HOW TO ENTER

Simply send us a 1-minute or less video telling us why you deserve a dream vacation to
Walt Disney World. Make sure to make it fun and entertaining!

If we choose your video you'll be on your way to a 5-day / 4-night vacation for 4 to
Walt Disney World including roundtrip airfare, Disney hotel accommodations,
theme park passes & a $900 Disney gift card.

So...are you ready? Watch our video coverage (click on the icon at the top right) of everything Walt Disney World has to offer for busy modern moms and then send us YOUR video (60 seconds or less, please) of why you (by you - we mean MOM!) deserve your dream vacation...and you just might win it! Remember, this contest is about why MOM needs a vacation where she calls the shots.

DEADLINE EXTENDED FOR ENTRY: Since there was some confusion on the content of the videos, we'll be accepting video submissions through 3/6/08 and will then pick our favorite 5 entries on 3/7/08. The 5 finalists will be put up for ModernMom.com visitors to vote for their favorite entry starting 3/10/08 through 3/31/08.

To enter, upload your video to YouTube.com with the title: "ModernMom.com Dream Vacation Giveaway" and then send us a link to your video to dreamvacation@modernmom.com along with your name, email address and city/state. We'll post our favorite videos on 3/7/08 and then it's up to the ModernMom.com community to choose the winner! Good luck!

VACATION DETAILS

ModernMom.com will award one (1) vacation package for four (4) persons for four (4) nights and five (5) days at Walt Disney World to be awarded to the winner of the video contest conducted by Modern Mom, Inc.

The vacation package shall consist of the following:
- Four (4) round trip coach air fares between the major United States gateway airport closest to winner's residence and the Orlando International Airport; provided, however, if winner resides within 250 miles of the Premises, air fare will not be provided to the winner.
- Four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Premises; provided, however, if winner resides within 250 miles of the Premises, transfers will not be provided to the winner.
- Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at a hotel at the Premises selected by Disney in its sole discretion.
- Four (4) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option
- A Disney Gift Card with a value of nine hundred dollars ($900).
- Complimentary use of transportation within the Walt Disney World® Resort.
Items that are not included as part of the winning vacation package are:

Meals
Hotel room service
Laundry service
Alcoholic beverages
Merchandise, souvenirs, etc.
Local and long distance telephone calls
Tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes
All other charges and items not otherwise described above

The estimated retail value of the vacation package is $4,940.
Winning vacation rules include, but are not limited to:

Vacation must be taken between February 9, 2008 and August 30, 2009.

Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply.

Vacation is/are for the winner of the sweepstakes/contest and three (3) guests of the winner's choosing.

Vacation and vacation components may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded. Vacation is not redeemable for cash.
