Brooke Burke’s Healthy Morning Shake Recipe


Looking for a great way to start your day? Here’s Brooke Burke’s special recipe for her favorite healthy AM shake:


  • Coconut water
  • Handful of mixed frozen berries
  • Tablespoon of omega oil
  • Whey or rice protein powder
  • Vital greens
  • Vitamin C powder (optional but great when I’m feeling run down)


It’s so easy! Just throw it all into a blender, mix it up and enjoy!
