Guided Meditation: Finding Peace Within

Welcome! I’m so happy to see you. Thank you for taking time from your day to join me here. I believe spending a few minutes per day to allow positive, loving, peaceful words into our consciousness is a great investment on our time. It has the potential to be life transforming.

Today’s guided meditation focuses on finding the place within you where peace always resides, no matter how turbulent the surface waters of your life may be. The more you connect to your eternal state, where peace and love are found in abundance, the easier it becomes to live from that place of being and draw from it when necessary.

If time allows, I recommend following the guided meditation with a few minutes of silent meditation.
