Brooke Burke’s Leftover Veggie Dip

Wondering what to do with all the leftover veggies that are hanging out in your refrigerator?

I make mine into a delicious dip!

Here’s my recipe:

Blend 3 cloves of garlic , 1/4 cup olive oil and 3 jalapeños (or whatever amount to suit your tolerance).

Add any cooked veggies that you have laying around. My favorites are sweet peppers, onions and zucchini.

Serve warm or cold.

You can snack on this dip with healthy chips or use it as a sauce – yum!
