Jamal Rashead Trulove of VH1 Reality Show Convicted of Murder
Jamal Rashead Trulove, better known as simply Trulove, was convicted of first degree murder Tuesday. Trulove appeared in VH1 reality show "I Love New York 2."
Trulove was one of five contestants selected to appear on the reality show to compete for Tiffany "New York" Pollard's love. CBS notes that he did not make it very far. He was removed from the show after the first episode for fighting.
According to CBS, he was convicted of first degree murder and possession of a firearm. Authorities say the 29-year-old shot and killed a Seu Kuka on July 23, 2007 in San Francisco.
