Knoxville, TN Inskip Elementary School Shooting
Knoxville police have charged a Knoxville, Tenn. 4th grade elementary school teacher with two counts of attempted first degree murder. Mark S. Foster, 48, was arrested about 15 minutes after the shooting.
Foster shot Inskip Principal Elisa Luna and Assistant Principal Amy Brace. According to World news, Knoxville Police Chief Sterling Owen says both victims appear to have "a good chance of surviving."
