Celebrity couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are suing a British tabloid for making claims that they have split up. The tabloid, News of The World, is Britain's highest selling Sunday paper. 

According to the Associated Press, Keith Schillings, a London based lawyer stated that the tabloid made "false and intrusive allegations" when it reported Jan. 24 that Pitt and Jolie were separating and would divide their $320 million assets. The tabloid also claimed that the couple had made arrangements for the custody of their six children. 

Pitt and Jolie attended the Super Bowl yesterday with their children.
