Farrah Fawcett Missing from Oscar Memoriam
Everyone noticed the missing face from Sunday night's memoriam at the Oscars- beautiful actress, Farrah Fawcett.
An Academy Awards spokesperson told E! it was not an oversight. "No matter how carefully and how conscientiously people address who is included, there are people who just simply can't be." This is an interesting comment, seeming as how Michael Jackson- a singer, not actor- was included in the memoriam. Fawcett even earned a Golden Globe nomination during her life.
Despite this, the memoriam was lovely. James Taylor played a version of The Beatles "In My Life" while a slideshow of late show business personalities such as Brittany Murphy, Patrick Swayze, and Natasha Richardson played in the background.
All the actors, actresses, writers, composers, producers and executives will be missed.
