Lindsay Lohan Sues E*TRADE for "Milkaholic" Commercial
Lindsay Lohan is suing E*TRADE for $100 million. She believes that the baby in the commercial- who is accused of being the other woman in a love triangle- is modeled after her. In the commercial, the girl enters a conversation between a boyfriend and girlfriend to deny the girlfriend's claim that she is a milkaholic.
According to the NY Post, she filed a lawsuit in Nassau County Supreme Court in New York. She is claiming that E*TRADE violated her rights by using her "name and characterization."
