Miley Cyrus: "I Love My Curves"
Miley Cyrus struck back at bullies via Twitter this week, blasting detractors who called her new curvy figure "fat."
After cyber-bullies wrote scorching comments about how the young singer had "lost control" of her body and started packing on the pounds, the 18-year old pop diva launched a counter-offensive from her Twitter page letting the world know that her body is her business and she's proud of it.
Cyrus tweeted about how it was important to love the skin you are in and to not let people make you feel bad for the way you look.
"By calling girls like me fat, this is what you're doing to other people," she wrote. She then posted a picture of a girl ravaged by anorexia.
Whether the cyber-bullies will ever stop attacking people for their looks remains to be seen, but we just love that Miley took them to task for their comments.
Now that's one teen star who can take care of herself!
