Giants Beat Patriots to Win the Super Bowl

The New York Giants beat the New England Patriots in a thrilling game that kept fans guessing until the final seconds.

Final score: 21 to 17.

In echoes of the 2008 Super Bowl game, the victory marks the second time that New York's best snatched football's top title from the Patriots.

"It's been a wild game, a wild season," said Giant's quarterback Eli Manning. "This isn't about one person. It's about one team, a team coming together."

The game was marked by costly mistakes from the Patriots, including two dropped passes in the final minutes of the game. And with less then a minute remaining, Pats coach Bill Belichick made the call to let the Giants score instead of running down the clock, giving the offense more time.

The result - Giants' running back Ahmad Bradshaw literally falling into the end zone for the winning touchdown.

An exciting end to an exciting season.
