Justin Bieber is finally legal and to celebrate the big birthday, his longtime manager Scooter Braun got him an extra special present - a Fisker Karma.
"You work really, really hard,” he said, joining the pop star on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Thursday to surprise him with the gift. “And I always yell at you, ‘Don't get anything flashy!’ We're not about that. Be humble, be humble. And I kind of broke my own rule."
The Fisker Karma is an ultra-exclusive hybrid electric luxury sports sedan with a starting price of $102,950. It's currently one of the most-wanted cars in the world and A-list drivers include Ashton Kutcher, Al Gore, Colin Powell and Leonardo DiCaprio, who got the very first one.
“You never get anything for yourself so Usher and I wanted to do this for you,” said Braun.
The two go way back: Braun originally discovered his young client through YouTube videos of him singing and arranged for him to meet Usher, which led to his first recording contract.
Bieber, who turns 18 today, looked shocked and thrilled by the gift.
In fact, one of the cutest moments in the footage below comes when the teen singing sensation - in all of his excitement - tries to put his present from Ellen (a sunshade with her and his face in a heart) on the outside of the windshield.
"No, it goes inside.." she says with a laugh.
"Inside, I knew that," Justin replies.
