Basically, the participant snorts a condom up his or her nose and then pulls it out of their mouth.

At least two people were killed and more than 100 were injured after two explosions went off near the finish line of the Boston Marathon today.
The blasts, which shattered store fronts and sent smoke pouring into the air by Copley Square, went off almost simultaneously shortly before 3 p.m. and turned a scene of celebration into one of tragedy.
Thousands of people were gathered to watch the race and the area was crowded with runners and spectators.

Thoughts and prayers are with all those in Boston today, in the aftermath of two explosions near the finish line of the Boston Marathon.
The blasts went off around 2:50 p.m. near the intersection of Boylston and Exeter streets, about three hours after the winners crossed the finish line.
Thousands of people were gathered to watch the race, and witnesses said many of the injured appeared to be spectators.

Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, the Iron Lady who ruled for 11 remarkable years, has died at the age of 87 after suffering a stroke.
"It is with great sadness that Mark and Carol Thatcher announced that their mother Baroness Thatcher died peacefully following a stroke this morning," Lord Tim Bell said, according to Reuters.
Thatcher served from 1975 to 1990 as leader of the Conservative Party. She was the only woman to serve at the British prime minister and was long revered for her personal and political toughness.
