In a deal with the White House, BP has agreed to set up a $20 billion fund for victims in the gulf. The fund will be overseen by one of Obama's officials, lawyer Kenneth Feinberg, who was also in charge of payments to victims' families of the Sept. 11 attacks. Obama is scheduled to make a statement after his meeting with BP.

The incident was captured on video. A police officer spotted a teen jaywalking and stopped her for a routine jaywalking ticket. The woman was with a few friends, who were all being "verbally antagonistic," officials said.
As the cop attempted to cuff one of the girls for unruly behavior, a 17-year-old girl grabbed the cop's arm, who interpreted that as an attempt to harm him as well as help the first teen escape. On the video, the teen is seen pushing the officer, who then responds by punching her in the face.

A new study from Ohio State University shows a tense marriage can physically harm you. Uh-Oh. As if eating right, exercising and practicing other healthy habits were not enough.
According to CNN, 37 married couples participated in this new study. A device gave each participant eight 8-mm blisters on their forearms. Each couple was videotaped while conversing with their spouse. Researchers evaluated the type of communication between the husband and wife.
