And the winner goes to Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough!
Nicole and Derek really nailed their Tango and jive - resulting in perfect scores of 30 from the judges. Evan and Anna finished second with Erin and Maksim coming in third place.
Bruno labeled Nicole and Derek the 'crown jewels of the best season of DWTS.' Carrie Ann commented, "You set this place on fire." While Goodman said "There can be only one winner," and "It has to be you."
The judges were obviously not surprised by the results - do you think they deserved to win?
What an amazing season - we will miss...
Ann Curry is mortified. The NBC news anchor recently gave the graduation keynote address for Wheaton College in Massachusetts. Unfortunately, she researched the wrong college before her address... She referenced key alumni like Rev. Billy Graham, movie director Wes Craven and U.S. house speaker Dennis Hastert. The problem? Well, none of these men went to Wheaton College in Massachusetts.
She wrote an apology letter to the school. "I am mortified by my mistake and can only hope the purity of my motive, to find a way to connect with the graduates and encourage them to...
South Carolina Representative Nikki Haley denies allegations of an affair with conservative blogger, Will Folks. Nikki claims that these allegations were made in an effort to derail her campaign for governor, especially considering the suspicious timing of the Folks' allegation - less than a week after a poll revealed that she is the leading candidate.
"Several years ago, prior to my marriage, I had an inappropriate physical relationship with Nikki," wrote Folks on his blog. Nikki claims she has always been faithful to her husband of 13 years.
Sarah Palin is on Nikki's...
Although it probably wont match her clubbing outfits, Lindsey Lohan has been ordered by the court to wear an alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet. The bracelet keeps track of the wearer's alcohol consumption by measuring body sweat. The judge was probably already pissed because Lohan extended her Cannes stay (due to a "missing passport") and failed to appear at a mandatory hearing five days earlier. Lindsey must also attend a weekly alcohol education course in Los Angeles, which means she probably wont be traveling much for the time being.
So what happened to the cute tween from "The...
We tend to think that women would be super excited to get engaged, but a recent study says that's just not true. According to Facebook, that is.
The two research scientists who headed the project, Cameron Marlow and D.J. Patil, tracked trends on Facebook, whose 400 million users were the unknowing subjects. According to Marlow and Patil, becoming engaged makes women less happy than they were before getting engaged. To come to this conclusion, they studied what Facebook calls the "Gross National Happiness Index," an application "that measures the positive and negative...
More than 600 museums nationwide are offering free admission to military families all summer in a new partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts.
Museums included in the program are in all 50 states. New York's Museum of Modern Art and the Art Institute of Chicago, as well as science centers and children's museums are just a few of the many places military families can visit for free!
The program, called Blue Star Museums, is being announced Monday in San Diego, where 14 museums will participate. The offer for active duty military personnel and their families runs...
Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, made an incredibly embarrassing and shameful mistake Sunday, when she took money (approximately $750,000!) from an undercover reporter in exchange for access to her ex-husband Prince Andrew, Britain's special representative for international trade and investment. And the worst part? It was all caught on tape.
"Five hundred thousand pounds when you can, to me - open doors," Ferguson tells the reporter on the tape. "Look after me, and he'll look after you. You'll get it back tenfold. I can open any door you want."...
Venus Williams left the crowd with gaping mouths at the 2010 French Open at Roland Garros on Sunday, but not because of her tennis skills. It was actually her outfit that caught everyone off guard.
The seven-time Grand Slam champ wore a lacy, black dress with bright red trim on her bodice during her first-round match against Patty Schnyder. The black overlay material made the dress appear as if it was see through, even though it was not.
Venus brings around eight to ten outfits to a match. She said Sunday's outfit was about "illusion", but didn't say if she'...
